How are HubSpot engagements priced?
By scope, not by hour. After a free assessment we recommend a package and give you a written plan and price before any commitment. Audits are fixed-scope, builds are project-based, and managed RevOps is a monthly retainer.
Can I start with an audit and decide later?
Yes, and most teams do. The Audit & Plan package sizes the work and hands you a prioritized roadmap. From there you can run the fixes yourself, move into an implementation project, or start a retainer.
Do you offer one-time projects or only retainers?
Both. Implementation and migration are typically fixed-scope projects. Managed RevOps is an ongoing retainer. Many clients combine a build project with a retainer once they are live.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term lock-in on the retainer. We earn the renewal each cycle by shipping measurable improvements against the KPIs we agree on up front.
What is included in the RevOps retainer?
A senior team that knows your portal, a shared backlog, weekly sprints, and monthly KPI reviews, covering automation, reporting, attribution, integrations, and ongoing optimization.
Can you bundle app licenses into a package?
Yes. Engagements can include and manage our HubSpot apps, such as AI Studio and 0CodeTools, where they speed up the work. We configure and maintain them as part of the retainer.
