HubSpot Pricing in 2026
HubSpot offers five product hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Operations) plus a bundled Customer Platform. Each hub comes in four tiers: Free, Starter ($20/seat/mo), Professional ($100-$890/mo), and Enterprise ($150-$3,600/mo). The full Customer Platform starts at $20/seat/mo (Starter), $1,300/mo (Professional, 5 seats), or $4,300/mo (Enterprise, 7 seats). HubSpot CRM is permanently free for unlimited users. You only pay when you need premium features like marketing automation, custom reports, or more than 1 million contacts. This page shows every hub and tier with the verified 2026 list price.

HubSpot Customer Platform (all 5 hubs)
The Customer Platform bundles Marketing + Sales + Service + CMS + Operations Hubs at the same tier with a meaningful discount versus buying each hub separately. This is the most common starting point for go-to-market teams that want one CRM stack instead of five.
| Bundle | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter Customer Platform | $20/mo per seat | All 5 Starter Hubs in one bundle |
| Professional Customer Platform | $1,300/mo | Includes 5 seats. Professional Marketing + Sales + Service + CMS + Operations |
| Enterprise Customer Platform | $4,300/mo | Includes 7 seats. Enterprise Marketing + Sales + Service + CMS + Operations |

What HubSpot pricing pages don't show clearly
Beyond the per-hub tier, most production HubSpot deployments add one or two of these. Budgeting for them upfront avoids the “our HubSpot bill keeps creeping up” surprise.
| Add-on | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Breeze Intelligence credits | From $30/mo | 1,000 credits/mo for B2B firmographic and intent enrichment |
| Marketing Contacts | $50/mo | Per 1,000 additional marketing contacts (Marketing Pro/Enterprise) |
| Dedicated IP | $300/mo | Marketing Pro and Enterprise only |
| API limit increase | Quote-based | Burst or sustained API quota above plan defaults |
| Reporting & Analytics add-on | $200/mo | Extra dashboards and custom reports beyond plan limits |
| Sandbox | Free at Enterprise | Paid add-on $300/mo on Professional plans |
One-time costs to plan for
- Onboarding fees: $3,000 (Professional), $6,000 (Enterprise). Required by HubSpot unless waived by a partner. Resonate often replaces this with our own onboarding for clients who sign through us.
- Implementation: 2-6 weeks of consulting for a mid-market team. Typical range: $5,000-$25,000 depending on integrations, data migration, and number of users to train.
- CMS development: If you also need a HubSpot website, budget separately - see HubSpot Websites pricing ($99-$4,000+).
Four ways to lower your HubSpot bill
- 1. Annual prepay. HubSpot lists prices monthly but bills annually by default. Prepaying the year up front saves roughly 10% versus the monthly rate.
- 2. Customer Platform bundle. Buying the bundled Customer Platform (5 hubs) is meaningfully cheaper than buying the same five hubs separately. If you'll use three or more hubs, the bundle almost always wins.
- 3. HubSpot for Startups. Up to 90% off year one and 50% off year two for qualifying startups (typically funded or accelerator-backed, <$10M raised). You apply through a partner channel.
- 4. Partner-channel discount. Signing through a HubSpot Solutions Partner (like Resonate) often gets you a better deal than buying direct, plus included onboarding. Worth talking to a partner before signing the contract.
