Hi Jordan, sorry about that. Roughly how many rows is that dashboard? Exports above about 50,000 rows can time out in the browser, and we have a faster server-side path for the big ones.

Does a Telegram message create a ticket automatically?
Yes, when connected to Help Desk. By default HubSpot creates a ticket for each new conversation, on the pipeline, stage, and priority you choose during setup, and you can route it to specific agents or teams. In a plain Conversations inbox, messages thread as conversations and can be turned into tickets as needed.
