Does the integration work with agent's personal Telegram account?

No. This integration connects only through Telegram bots. Personal (TDLib) accounts are not yet supported.

 

Can I use an existing Telegram bot, or do I have to create a new one?

Either works. Paste the token of an existing bot or create a fresh bot in @BotFather and connect it during the wizard.

 

Can I link more than one Telegram account to the same HubSpot portal?

Yes. You can connect multiple Telegram bots—each one can point to a different HubSpot Inbox if you like

Will the end-user’s Telegram username show up inside HubSpot?

Yes. The integration passes the sender’s first name / username; agents see it in the conversation header.

 

Which file types are supported?

Any attachment Telegram lets the bot receive—images, documents, PDFs, etc.—is forwarded to HubSpot as a file (images render inline).

How much does it cost?
